We are hiring an Enterprise Architect to ensure a large-scale Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform aligns with Abu Dhabi government enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure platform architecture aligns with government EA standards and governance
- Submit architecture designs for EA review/approval prior to implementation
- Create EA views and artifacts aligned with TOGAF (capability, application, data, technology)
- Define enterprise integration patterns and data architecture principles
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi digital service guidelines (ADGE) and related standards
- Coordinate with government architecture teams and internal delivery teams
- Develop architecture roadmaps aligned to digital strategy and future growth
- Review and approve solution/technical designs from engineering teams
- Ensure readiness for future enhancements (smart city, autonomous mobility, emerging modes)
Requirements
- 12+ years in Enterprise Architecture
- TOGAF 9.x certification (mandatory)
- Experience with public sector / enterprise architecture governance frameworks
- Strong integration architecture knowledge and patterns
- Cloud and hybrid architecture experience
- Data architecture, governance, and standards understanding
- Experience in multi-year, large-scale transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
