About the role:

We're looking for an Enterprise Architect to help shape the future of our technology landscape as we continue to scale and transform. You'll play a pivotal role in defining how our systems evolve, connecting Salesforce, ERP (NetSuite), and billing platforms into a seamless, high-performing ecosystem that supports growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise or solution architecture who wants to take ownership, influence big decisions, and be part of an ambitious transformation journey in the communications and technology sector

What makes you a great fit:
3+ years experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
Proven Salesforce experience (architecture, integration, or design).
Knowledge of Enterprise ERP systems, ideally NetSuite or Dynamics ERP.
Experience with billing systems and related data / integration patterns.
Strong understanding of automation and optimisation practices within enterprise systems.
A solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and integration design.
Demonstrated success supporting digital or enterprise transformation programmes.
Great communicator, able to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent).
Experience with NetSuite ERP certification or practical implementation.
Familiarity with API management, data architecture, and integration platforms.
TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture framework certification

Key responsibilities:

Lead enterprise architecture design across CRM, ERP, and billing platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Partner with in-house development teams to drive optimisation, automation, and simplification across business processes and systems.
Architect and guide transformation programmes, helping evolve legacy systems into a modern, cloud-first technology stack.
Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture decisions with commercial and operational strategy.
Own architectural governance and maintain a clear enterprise roadmap aligned to growth and transformation goals.
Drive integration and automation across platforms with a particular focus on Salesforce, NetSuite, and billing systems.
Evaluate emerging tools and platforms to ensure our architecture remains future-ready, flexible, and cost-effective.
Champion a culture of engineering excellence and innovation, mentoring delivery teams on architectural best practices.
