Primary Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the 3-5 year technical strategy and architectural roadmap for the entire Digital Products and Solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with R&D and business goals.
- Architecture Governance: Establish and manage the enterprise architecture practice, including standards, patterns, principles, and technology selection (Build vs. Buy).
- Blueprint Creation: Develop and maintain the foundational enterprise blueprints that demonstrate how all technology towers (Cloud, AI, IoT, Analytics, Security, App Engineering) integrate across the enterprise.
- Investment Guidance: Provide executive-level consultation on technical investment, risk, and organizational impact for all major digital initiatives and product development.
Primary Skills:
- Experience: 15-20+ years in IT/Technology, with 7+ years in a dedicated Enterprise Architect or CTO-level strategy role.
- Framework Expertise: Deep practical experience with a formal Enterprise Architecture methodology (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar).
- Strategic Breadth: Proven ability to define architecture across multiple domains (Business, Data, Application, and Technology).
- Technical Leadership: Hands-on expertise in defining architecture for Cloud-Native, Data/AI platforms, and complex IoT ecosystems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and secure buy-in from C-level executives and bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility.
Secondary Skills:
- Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g., TOGAF Certified, etc).
- Experience with Financial Modeling (e.g., TCO, ROI) for architectural decisions.
- Experience in a formal Architecture Review Board (ARB) or similar governance body.
- Expertise in developing architectures for emerging tech like Digital Twins and Generative AI.
- Experience mentoring solution architects on architectural standards and principles.
Domain Skills- Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following: Automotive/ Industrial Products/ Plant Engineering Understanding of industry-specific digital use cases (e.g., connected vehicles, predictive maintenance, digital manufacturing).
