JOB DESCRIPTION

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Establish and continuously improve APM operating model, data model, and processes
  • Lead application inventory campaigns: define attributes, templates, and workflow
  • Map applications to business domains, capabilities, value streams, and processes
  • Assess standards level andmaintainsystem-of-record
  • Analyze portfolio health and technical/business fit
  • Identifyduplication, risk, cost drivers, and rationalization opportunities with quantified business cases
  • Product ownership of APM tools: administer metamodel, integrations (e.g., Apptio, CMDB, IdAM), reporting, role-based access, and platform support manage vendor engagement.
  • Define and govern application standards (target platforms, SaaS vs. custom,integrationand data policies) chair portfolio review forums and Architecture Review Board inputs.
  • Enable BU IT leaders with templates and playbooks to accelerate consolidation and decommissionplans,track outcomes.
  • Traindomain architects and app owners on capability modeling, portfolio hygiene, and lifecycle management lead Communities of Practice.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Knowledge& Experience in handling APM (Application Portfolio Management) platforms.
  • Experience in Portfolio Analytics including TCO modeling,cost-based planning, KPI dashboards, reporting exports.
  • Data integration involves systems like Azure DevOps, CMDB, Apptio, identity and access management.
  • Experience in Modeling including business capability maps, application reference models, dependency mapping.
  • Ability to analyze, critical reasoning, problem solving skills and a focus on details of the operation.
  • Good understanding of IT operational processes and structured ways of working.
  • Understanding business processes in a manufacturing organization using global multi-functional resources is a benefit, as this is how we operate.
  • Organizationally savvy, with the ability to navigatea globalorganization.
  • Skilled at influencing,guiding,andfacilitatingstakeholders and peers with decision making.
  • Ability to articulatenew ideasand concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements
  • Ability to quicklycomprehendthe functions and capabilities ofnew technologies
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work with

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT
  • 10+ years in IT Architecture role
