Enterprise Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a large-scale digital transformation program within the banking industry. This role will play a key part in ensuring that a new enterprise platform aligns with the organization's architecture strategy, governance standards, and technology roadmap.

The successful candidate will work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and technology teams while providing architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• l Assess and analyze the current business, application, data, and technology architecture landscape.
• l Ensure new platform initiatives align with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
• l Collaborate with Solution Architects and project teams to design end-to-end enterprise architecture solutions.
• l Develop architecture blueprints, standards, and roadmaps to support business and technology objectives.
• l Define integration strategies, security architecture requirements, performance standards, and technology guidelines.
• l Provide architecture governance and oversight throughout development, testing, deployment, and go-live phases.
• l Identify architecture risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• l Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• l Support technology evaluation and architecture decision-making processes.
• l Work closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Requirements

• l Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• l Minimum 10 years of experience in IT system development, implementation, and delivery.
• l Minimum 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• l Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking environments.
• l Proven experience leading and successfully delivering at least one large-scale enterprise system implementation as an Enterprise Architect within a major bank or financial institution.

• l Experience working on enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• l Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Assignment Requirement

• l Candidate must be willing to relocate from India to Hanoi, Vietnam.
• l Onsite engagement at the client location in Hanoi for a minimum of 6 months, with potential extension based on project needs.
• l Experience working in multicultural and international project environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• l Experience in Digital Banking transformation programs.
• l TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification is an advantage.
• l Experience working with large-scale banking platforms and enterprise modernization initiatives.
