We are seeking talented and highly skilled Director-level consultants to join our team and support us to expand our impact in the Private Equity (PE) sector. You will be working closely with Alysian leaders, PE Operating Partners, and the CIOs/IT Leadership teams at portfolio companies to execute transformative IT-enabled value creation strategies.

CONTEXT ON ROLE

An Enterprise Architect would be a Senior Team Member/Lead, working closely with CXOs, PE teams in defining designing, optimizing, and aligning organization's technology, processes, and business strategy. Their goal would be to ensure that IT roadmap/ strategy and solution design is in line with the business direction with respect to efficiency, security, scale, modularity and cost.

QUALIFICATION

• MBA (premier or leading Business Schools) and/or
• Recognized degree from leading international universities, with a Post-Graduate degree or Professional Certifications
• Certified Cloud Solution Architect/ TOGAF or similar

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 12+ years of experience, including at least 5 years with a leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big-4, Accenture), focusing on enterprise architecture and program leadership
• Proven experience in two or more of the following areas: business case development, technology selection, blueprinting, program audits (e.g., carve-outs, ERP), and program delivery
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology transformation programs (EUR 30M+), with a focus on enterprise architecture and governance
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, working effectively with IT and Digital Operating Partners, deal teams, and business leaders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the review and documentation of current-state (as-is) enterprise architecture landscapes, identifying value creation opportunities for private equity clients and portfolio companies
• Define the future-state (to-be) enterprise architecture landscape, encompassing technology, processes, and resources.
• Develop high level enterprise context diagram/ reference frameworks for the client industry/ sector/ landscape.
• Develop detailed roadmaps for change, including interim application architectures, and define interim changes required to technology, processes, and resources
• Set up and manage the architecture governance for large-scale technology implementations (EUR 30M+), acting as the design authority
• Conduct program audits at key stages in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to assess solution scope, design, and architecture across applications, infrastructure, and data
