- 12+ years of IT experience with enterprise-scale systems

- 6+ years in architecture roles

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred)

- Experience with cloud, integration patterns, data architecture, and application modernization

Architecture & Design

- Proven experience creating current-state and target-state architectures

- Ability to define roadmaps, transition architectures, and reference models

Leadership & Communication

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Experience mentoring architects and senior engineers
