Job Description

  • Bachelors/masters in computer science/Information Systems or related field
  • 10-12 years experience in Enterprise Architecture preferably in airline

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Expertise in capability, modeling, portfolio management and business Digital alignment
  • Proficiency in application and technology portfolio rationalization
  • Experience with technical debt identification and remediation planning
  • Strong analytical strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across business and Digital
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skill

Technical Skill

  • Experience in working with Architecture tool in creating application portfolio Tech debt capabilities
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture Experience in managing strategic architecture goals
  • Experience in Capabilities Driven, Portfolio Management
  • Map business capabilities to platforms applications and projects
  • Partner with portfolio management teams to prioritize investments based on capability gaps
  • Provide architectural oversight for program and project delivery ensuring value realization
  • Work with business and IT leaders to connect functional with enterprise architecture objectives
  • Translate business priorities into architecture requirements ensuring cross functional synergies
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure business alignment and architecture outcomes
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of technical debt across platforms and applications
  • Define Tech debt remediation strategies and execution roadmaps in collaboration with delivery teams
  • Contribute to enterprise wide governance frameworks and compliance standards
  • Champion architecture principles and best practices across IT and business teams
