Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead and evolve our enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, cloud transformation strategies, and IT modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of multi-cloud platforms, architectural frameworks, and governance standards, along with a strong track record in driving business-aligned technology solutions across global organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 510 years in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, or cloud strategy.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and enterprise cloud adoption frameworks.
- Architecture Expertise: Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture solutions across technology, data, application, and security domains.
- Frameworks & Tools: TOGAF, ArchiMate, BiZZdesign, ABACUS.
- Leadership: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and build stakeholder consensus.
- Governance & Compliance: Sound knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture
- Develop and manage a holistic Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework covering technology, data, application, and security.
- Create and maintain a strategic EA roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies and their strategic fit.
- Perform comprehensive gap analysis between current and target architecture states.
Cloud Strategy & Modernization
- Define and execute enterprise-wide cloud strategies focused on scalability, cost optimization, and resilience.
- Guide cloud adoption and migration efforts to align with modernization initiatives.
IT Landscape & Gap Analysis
- Analyze current IT systems against future-state goals; deliver actionable architecture plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with senior leadership, product teams, and technical units to align on architectural direction.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor, presenting solutions and driving alignment across business and IT.
Governance, Compliance & Standards
- Establish architectural standards, enforce security and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and promote architectural governance enterprise-wide.
EA Tools & Modeling
- Utilize EA tools (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BiZZdesign, ABACUS) for system modeling and optimization.
- Maintain EA repositories and documentation for long-term scalability and knowledge sharing.
