Title: Enterprise AI & ServiceNow Operations

Designation: Sr. Manager

We at Coforge are hiring a AI & ServiceNow Operations with the following skillset:

  • Lead enterprise evaluation and adoption strategy for AI/ML platforms including Microsoft Azure AI & Copilot, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and other market players
  • Act as an AI evangelist and advisor to business leaders, translating complex capabilities into real-world use cases (e.g., GenAI copilots, intelligent chatbots, process intelligence, AI agents)
  • Guide business units on how to leverage AI responsibly and effectively, balancing innovation, cost, security, and compliance
  • Establish and oversee AI platform operations, including model lifecycle management, retraining schedules, usage monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Define and implement AI observability, monitoring, and drift detection mechanisms to ensure high availability and trust in AI-driven outputs
  • Work closely with IT Ops and platform teams to integrate AI into observability, alerting, and AIOps pipelines for real-time insights and automation triggers
  • Own the AI platform governance model including access control, versioning, security, and audit compliance

ServiceNow Operations

  • Own and lead the ServiceNow platform roadmap including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and low-code/no-code development
  • Oversee ServiceNow platform operations, including performance management, upgrades, patching, and capacity planning in collaboration with infrastructure teams
  • Ensure incident, change, and release management processes for ServiceNow are aligned with ITIL standards and business continuity objectives
  • Integrate AI features into ServiceNow (e.g., Now Assist, predictive intelligence, NLP bots, ML models in workflows)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1215 years of experience in enterprise IT, with strong leadership in AI strategy, platform engineering, and ServiceNow delivery
  • Proven experience working with AI/ML platforms like: Azure OpenAI, Copilot, OpenAI APIs, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock & SageMaker
  • Deep hands-on and solutioning knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, low-code)
  • Strong experience in enterprise automation, integration strategy, AI-powered service delivery, and governance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence business leaders and technical teams
