Job Description

  • Manage and nurture strategic relationships with Fortune 500 and highturnover enterprises.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through deal closures, crossselling, and upselling across the product suite.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and longterm revenue.
  • Leverage CRM insights, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to strengthen account performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure highquality delivery and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Analyze account metrics and generate insights to optimise strategy and identify improvement areas.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing strategic B2B client relationships and driving revenue targets in highvalue accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, identify crosssell opportunities, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trustbased relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Competent in analyzing account performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategy.
  • 7+ years of B2B solutionselling experience MBA preferred.
