What You'll Be Doing:

Enterprise Software Quality is no longer a back-office concern, it's a boardroom priority. CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs are under pressure to release faster, reduce risk, and modernize QA using AI. Qualitia sits right at this intersection, used by top six banks in India. We are looking for a battle tested Enterprise Software Sales Leader preferrable with experience in sales of CRM, SaaS product and who knows how to navigate complex buying groups, speak the language of BFSI executives, and consistently close high-value ($1M+) deals.

What You Will Own:

Revenue & Growth:

• Own and grow 7 to 10 strategic enterprise accounts within BFSI sector.

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from executive discovery and value positioning to negotiation and closure.

• Identify multiple salesforce projects across the account which can contribute to building healthy sales pipeline.

Executive Engagement & Consultative Selling:

• Understand and translate complex enterprise pain points into clear business outcomes such as cost reduction, release velocity, and quality at scale.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior technology leaders.

• Position Qualitia as a strategic partner for AI-driven QA, risk mitigation, and faster time-to-market. What You Bring Experience & Track Record

• 12+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience.

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and quick turnaround time.

• Deep exposure to BFSI verticals with strong understanding of their business units, regulatory nuances, and technology landscapes.

• Proven success in closing $1M+ ACV enterprise deals with large account or strategic customers.

• Existing senior-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, or CEOs in target accounts.
