About the Opportunity

We're scaling our Employee Experience (EX) platform into the UAE and Singapore markets, and we're looking for a high-performance sales professional to own the entire revenue cycle. This is a market-building role where you'll build pipeline from scratch, qualify opportunities, run discovery, deliver compelling demos, manage complex negotiations, and close deals, operating as both an SDR and an AE.

What You'll Own

✓ Build qualified pipeline in a new market (40–50 outbound touches/day across calls, LinkedIn, email)

✓ Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts (500–5,000 employees)

✓ Run structured discovery conversations and consultative sales cycles

✓ Deliver value-driven demos tied to buyer pain points

✓ Manage multi-stakeholder buying processes and navigate procurement

✓ Close EX deals consistently and drive revenue

Target Industries: Retail, Hospitality, Logistics

Key Buyers: HR Leaders, Operations, Finance, Procurement

✓ 3–6 years B2B SaaS sales experience

✓ Proven track record selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts

✓ Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold selling

✓ Strong commercial acumen and closing mentality

✓ Ability to qualify strictly (real problem, identified decision-maker, budget, <6-month timeline)

✓ Value-selling mindset, quantify ROI, avoid price-led conversations
