Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced English Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in English language education, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Responsibilities
  • Conducting English language training sessions for diverse groups of learners.
  • Developing customized training materials and lesson plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Implementing various teaching methodologies to enhance language acquisition.
  • Facilitating interactive activities to promote speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  • Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in English language training or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
  • Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and learning styles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of students.
  • Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficient in using technology for teaching, including online platforms and tools.
