Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing courses and lessons while maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge related to ICSE preparation for Classes 6th to 12th.
- Proactively involved in teaching students.
- Motivating, facilitating, and teaching according to the pupil's educational needs.
- Planning, preparing, and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the entire ability range within the class.
- Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned.
- Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by students in class and elsewhere.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on students development and progress.
- Communicating, consulting, and providing feedback to parents during PTMs or as required.
- Strong knowledge of the English subject and ability to handle learners from Class 6th to 12th.
- Candidates with school teaching experience and experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
- Understanding the teaching and learning needs of Foundation Course students who need to excel in both school and competitive exams.
- Candidates with a habit of continuous self-learning will be preferred.
- Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Willing to work in Bangalore (North).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in schools.
- Strong subject background.
- Tech-savvy and capable of assisting the Lead Educator with administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferably candidates with experience teaching ICSE subjects.
- Qualifications: Post-graduation in the specified subject is mandatory; B.Ed. is preferred.
- Experience in teaching ICSE/IGCSE/IB/ISC curricula is preferred.
