Job Title: English Facilitator CUET | Spoken English | English Exposure

Location: Noida (Physical presence required)

Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mon-Sat; 2nd & 4th Sat off)

Profile Summary

We are looking for a dynamic English Facilitator with experience in teaching and supporting first-generation learners. The role involves preparing students for CUET (Common University Entrance Test), strengthening their Spoken English and building foundational English exposure (Listening, Speaking, Reading) through creative and engaging methods.

The Facilitator will work across age groups from Class 3 to 12 helping children connect classroom learning with real-life application, preparing them academically and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

For Classes 9 to 12 CUET & Academic Support

Teach and support students in English subjects aligned with school and CUET syllabi.

Conduct practice tests, give feedback, and guide self-study plans.

Align teaching with school assessments and help students develop conceptual clarity.

Prepare students for CUET's language section using reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar drills.

Spoken English & Life Skills (All Classes)

Create a safe space for students to practice spoken English.

Build confidence through interactive speaking activities, debates, and presentations.

Integrate life skills into sessions to build communication, critical thinking, and self-expression.

Additional Responsibilities

Engage with parents through home visits, PTMs, and counselling.

Maintain detailed records of student progress.

Coordinate with peers, participate in centre events, and contribute to team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate or above, preferably in English.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching English; experience with CUET is a plus.

Strong interest in teaching students from underserved communities.

Comfortable with innovative methods and technology.

Proficient in content planning and student tracking.

Based in Noida or nearby areas.
