Role Description

We are inviting applications for a full-time residential English Teacher. The role involves delivering engaging lessons in English language and literature, fostering critical thinking and communication skills, and contributing actively to students academic and personal development.

The incumbent will be responsible for lesson planning, assessment, constructive feedback, student mentoring, and participation in school programmes, events, and collaborative academic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of full-time teaching experience. Experience with residential schools will be given preference.
Master's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized institution.
B.Ed. in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution (compulsary).
Proficiency in English Teaching, including expertise in language and literature.
Experience with Lesson Planning and curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs.
Exposure to Cambridge and/or ICSE curriculum.
Knowledge of Education principles and effective Teaching methodologies.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear and effective verbal and written communication.
Commitment to holistic education and willingness to engage in residential school life.
Ability to inspire and guide young learners in both academic and personal growth.
