Hiring: English TGT (NEP-Aligned Educator)

Location: The Elden Heights School, Silwar, Hazaribagh

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Classes: Senior classes Up to Class 10

The Elden Heights School invites applications for the position of English TGT. We are seeking a competent and forward-thinking educator who aligns with the vision of NEP 2020 and focuses on developing communication, comprehension, and critical thinking skills in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English up to Class 10 in accordance with CBSE curriculum

• Implement experiential and competency-based teaching methods

• Strengthen students reading, writing, and speaking abilities

• Conduct regular assessments focused on conceptual understanding

• Maintain an effective and disciplined classroom environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory)

• Prior experience teaching secondary classes preferred

• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

• Understanding of NEP 2020 practices will be an advantage
