Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an English Teacher (PRT) at National Centre For Excellence, located in Bengaluru. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in English for primary school students, fostering their language skills development, and promoting linguistic creativity. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and partake in extracurricular and school events.

Qualifications

• Expertise in English Language teaching, including proficiency in grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills.
• Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons and creating tailored teaching materials.
• Classroom management skills, including the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in English, Education, or related field. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience working with primary school students or in similar teaching roles is highly desirable.
