Role Description
Primary and Middle School positions (IGCSE curriculum)
This is a full-time, on-site position for an English Teacher at Iqra International School, located in Bengaluru. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a love for the English language, and supporting students academic development. The role includes preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and promoting active participation in the classroom while ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's in English preferred)
- Strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Experience in Education and classroom management
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students and colleagues
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for nurturing young learners
- Certifications in teaching or education are a plus
- Familiarity with diverse learning styles and techniques to engage students effectively
