Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher based in Gonda. The English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to students, creating engaging lesson plans, implementing educational activities, and fostering a positive and productive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining student progress records, providing individualized support, and contributing to the overall mission of empowering students with essential skills for employability and lifelong learning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and experience in lesson planning
- Background in Education and proven skills in Teaching
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and engage students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong adaptability and commitment to the mission of empowering youth
- Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related fields is highly preferred
