Hiring: AI Coding Contributors (Remote, Part-Time)

Role: AI Coding Contributor

Location: Remote

Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week, fully flexible

Compensation

$16.50-$27 per hour

Selection Process

• 15-minute intro conversation

• Platform signup plus assessment

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze AI-generated code, debug inconsistencies, and rank outputs based on correctness and efficiency

• Develop structured hints and prompts to improve AI-assisted learning and problem-solving

• Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and coherence

• Provide human feedback to improve AI model training through reinforcement learning

• Assist in fine-tuning AI models using curated datasets

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a product-based company or startup

• Bachelor's from a Tier 1 college

• Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript, or C++

• Ability to review AI-generated text and code and provide constructive feedback

• Strong written English and attention to detail
