Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) located in Amritsar. The English PGT will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons, facilitating students learning, and fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment. The role involves designing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a focus on skill development in language and communication. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in faculty activities are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong English Teaching skills with expertise in language and literature instruction.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Translation and the ability to facilitate multilingual learning, if required.
• Experience in Training and mentoring students to enhance their academic and language proficiency.
• Customer Service orientation to address student needs and foster a supportive learning environment.
• Master's degree in English or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant prior experience in teaching English at the secondary or higher secondary level is a strong advantage.
• Ability to engage and inspire students with innovative teaching methodologies.
