Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Middle and Senior School Educator at The Shriram Millennium School, located in Faridabad. The role involves designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, implementing innovative teaching methods, and fostering a positive learning environment. The educator will also be responsible for assessing student performance, addressing individual learning needs, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience of students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to create engaging and effective teaching material
• Strong expertise in Education and Teaching methodologies, particularly at the middle and senior school levels
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Training students or staff members is an advantage
• Passionate about fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in teaching middle and senior school students is preferred
