We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to deliver professional English communication training at our institute. This role is ideal for trainers who have worked with college students, graduates, and working professionals, rather than in a school teaching environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct English language training sessions for adult learners and professionals
- Train candidates in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
- Deliver business communication, presentation skills, and interview preparation sessions
- Design and customize training modules based on learner needs
- Conduct assessments and track learner progress
- Encourage interactive learning through activities, role-plays, and discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in English training at institutes or corporate setups
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Experience in professional communication training (preferred)
- Confident classroom presence and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to handle adult learners and diverse proficiency levels
