Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Language Teacher for a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to students, creating lesson plans, assessing and evaluating students progress, and providing personalized guidance to enhance their language skills. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development of course materials, fostering a supportive classroom environment, and ensuring the curriculum aligns with the Bihar Board standards. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic growth of students, particularly in underserved regions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Teaching methodology
- Skills in developing comprehensive Lesson Plans and structured coursework
- Strong foundation in Education principles and techniques
- Exceptional Communication abilities to facilitate effective student engagement
- Prior experience teaching for state boards, particularly Bihar Board, is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field
