Role Overview

The English Faculty will be responsible for enhancing students communication, language proficiency, presentation, and professional writing skills to prepare them for academic and corporate success.

The role requires a passionate educator who can create an engaging learning environment focused on business communication, spoken English, personality development, and employability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver sessions on English communication, spoken English, business communication, and professional writing
    • Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and language fluency
    • Conduct activities focused on presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, and interview communication
    • Develop course materials, assignments, assessments, and learning resources
    • Support students in improving corporate communication and workplace etiquette
    • Conduct language enhancement workshops and communication labs
    • Evaluate student performance through tests, presentations, assignments, and practical activities
    • Mentor students in personality development and confidence-building initiatives
    • Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align communication training with industry expectations
    • Organize communication-based events, debates, presentations, and language activities
    • Maintain academic records, attendance, assessments, and feedback reports
    • Continuously update teaching methodologies and content based on current industry and educational trends

Qualifications

Essential

    • Master's Degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, Literature, or related field
    • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or training experience in English communication or related subjects
    • Strong command of spoken and written English
    • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills
Desirable

    • Experience in Business Schools, Colleges, or Corporate Training environments
    • Knowledge of soft skills, personality development, and employability training
    • Experience in handling communication labs and placement-oriented training sessions
