English Educator (Middle School)

This is a full-time on-site position for an English Educator at Pragyanam, located in Gurugram. The English Educator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, evaluating student progress, and encouraging students critical thinking and creativity. Collaboration with fellow educators, participation in training programs, and ensuring alignment with the Life-Skills based curriculum are also key components of the role.

• Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and delivering effective educational content aligned with curriculum goals
• Proficiency in Teaching, Training, and student engagement techniques
• Excellent Communication skills for fostering classroom discussions and parent-teacher interaction
• A degree in Education, English Literature, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in middle school education and understanding of age-appropriate instructional methods
• Ability to create an inclusive and motivating learning environment
