Role Overview
One of our client's global AI research teams is seeking bilingual experts to evaluate and improve how large language models communicate with real users in English and Hindi.
This role focuses on ensuring AI responses are factually accurate, logically sound, culturally appropriate, and clearly written across a wide range of everyday and professional topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses in English and Hindi
- Verify facts using trusted public sources
- Identify errors in logic, reasoning, tone, or clarity
- Provide detailed human feedback and annotations
- Compare multiple AI outputs and score quality
- Ensure responses follow conversational and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Native or C2-level fluency (ILR 5) in Hindi
- Strong professional fluency in English
- Experience using large language models (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work across diverse subject areas
- Background in analytical or structured thinking (research, linguistics, engineering, analytics, policy, etc.)
- Strong college-level mathematics ability
Preferred Experience
- AI model evaluation, RLHF, or data annotation
- Editing or writing high-quality content
- Comparing multiple responses and making fine-grained judgments
- Familiarity with evaluation rubrics or scoring systems

- You produce consistent, reproducible evaluation data
