Role Description

The Engineering Trainee Leader is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The candidate will assist in leading engineering projects, conduct hands-on research and development activities, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. Additional tasks include contributing to innovative solutions, performing analyses, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring project milestones are met. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and support partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Engineering Principles, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving.
• Proficiency in Research, Data Collection, and Documentation techniques.
• Experience with Programming, Software Development, and Computational Tools.
• Collaboration and Communication skills for working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with Project Management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong passion for innovation and a commitment to addressing complex societal challenges
