BWE is expanding its engineering team in India and we are building a Talent Pool of Engineers with solid experience in biomass boiler design, construction, or commissioning.

As part of a global engineering company with projects across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, we are continuously seeking professionals who want to contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions.

We are looking for professionals such as Structural Engineers, Process Engineers, Technical Leads, Project Managers, and other specialists who:

• Have experience in biomass or thermal power plant projects (design, EPC, or commissioning).
• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Are based in India and willing to work from our office in Noida (Delhi NCR).
• Value teamwork, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
