Project Role : Engineering Services Lead

Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating and implementing technical solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, the role involves organizing resources effectively to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among diverse teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional engineering groups to optimize resource utilization.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service workflows and incident management processes.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex service management issues.
  • Familiarity with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in service delivery.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
