Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, primarily in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring timely hiring of quality candidates and maintaining a smooth recruitment process.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Any Graduate (B.Tech & MBA preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment in the Oil & Gas sector

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to 45,000 per month ( 20% hike on current salary)
• Working Days: 6 days a week (3 days office + 3 days WFH)
