Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Aerospace Engineering Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in hiring engineering professionals within the aerospace, aviation, or defense domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for aerospace engineering roles and supporting clients in the aerospace or advanced engineering sector.

This role requires strong sourcing skills, understanding of engineering requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for aerospace and engineering positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as Aerospace Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineers, Systems Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and other engineering positions.
• Work on requirements from aerospace, aviation, defense, and engineering clients.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, databases, networking, and referrals.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically in aerospace, aviation, defense, or engineering domains.
• Experience hiring for engineering roles such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering.
• Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
