Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Set the technical direction for the team and oversee all technical designs, guiding the team's culture and principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to influence the technical strategy and principles of the broader OTT organization.
Ensure execution aligns with YouTube and Google best practices, focusing on monitoring, testing, and maintaining reliability.
Lead the efforts to grow premium content such as movies, shows, and sports on YouTube globally.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development with expertise in data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with 2 years in a people management or team leadership position.
Experience with full stack development.
