JD Engineering Manager

We are actively in the process of searching for an Engineering Manager and fine-tuning the job description for this role.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working exclusively with IT Services companies (not product-based organizations).

Strong background in leading engineering teams and team leads with a focus on performance and delivery excellence.

Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.

Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional engineering teams including Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, DevOps, and Mobile Application teams.

Proven exposure to AI/ML initiatives and advanced architectural frameworks such as Microservices and scalable cloud-based solutions.

Role And Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager at Vrinsoft, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding our engineering team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Provide effective leadership to the engineering team, ensuring they are motivated, aligned with company goals, and continually growing in their skills.

Maintain a strong technical understanding of our products and technologies, and provide guidance to the team when technical challenges arise.

Hire new talent for the team and offer coaching and development opportunities.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and resource requirements. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the engineering team. Support career growth and professional development of team members.

Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes.

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software products.

Identify potential risks and proactively address them to minimize project disruptions.

Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders

Requirement

Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools

Proven supervisory and technical skills.

Data Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems

Proven experience (10+ years) in software development and engineering management.

Exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities.
