Role Summary
We are looking for an experiencedEngineering Managerwho cantechnically guide the team, review work, and manage delivery. This role is focused ondesign, solutioning, code reviews, release coordination, and stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Providetechnical leadership and guidanceto the development team
- Review architecture, design, and code to ensurequality and best practices
- Take ownership ofsolution design, technical decisions, and release readiness
- Coordinate releases and ensure alignment onscope, timelines, and definition of done
- Mentor developers and help improveoverall code quality and team productivity
- Act as a bridge between theUS team, internal team, and business stakeholders
- Take workload off senior leadership by owningreviews, planning, and execution oversight
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background inPHP/Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue preferred)
- Solid understanding ofweb application architecture, APIs, and databases (Postgres/SQL)
- Experience incode reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making
- Comfortable working withCI/CD processes and quality standards
- Experience collaborating withremote / US-based teams
Nice to Have
- Experience withcloud platforms (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare)
- Exposure tomodern tooling and frameworks
- Prior experience in atech lead or engineering manager role
