Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Architect, design, and deliver scalable, distributed software solutions
Mentor and coach team members to develop both technical and leadership skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to prioritize and manage tasks
Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent
Ensure adherence to security best practices and protocols such as SSL/TLS and OAuth
Drive adoption of architecture and design patterns following industry best practices
Implement and maintain DevOps principles and cloud security best practices (preferred)
Contribute to open-source projects and foster innovation within the team (bonus)
