Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver engineering and design packages across process, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
• Oversee various phases of engineering, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and scope development.
• Manage global projects, coordinating with teams and stakeholders across different regions, including Europe and the USA.
• Liaise with clients, external stakeholders, process licensors, OEMs, and certification agencies to align project goals with client requirements.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise for complex engineering challenges.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices in process and chemical engineering.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and delivering cost-effective, safe, and realistic solutions.
• Collaborate with procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare and present engineering reports, project updates, and technical documentation to senior management and clients.
• Manage technical requirements and scope alignment, ensuring budget compliance and identifying additional work if necessary.
• Continuously improve engineering methods, adapt AI solutions, and apply lessons learned to optimize client value.
