Engineering Manager

About the Role

Quant Solar, India's pioneering floating solar company, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for its Hyderabad office. The Engineering Manager will play a critical role in coordinating engineering activities, managing technical documentation, and acting as the primary interface between internal design teams and clients to ensure timely approvals and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to plan, review, and submit engineering documents to clients in line with project schedules.

Ensure all engineering deliverables meet contractual, technical, and quality requirements.

Act as the main point of contact with clients for all engineering-related communications.

Lead follow-ups with clients for technical clarifications, comments, and approvals on submitted documents.

Facilitate resolution of client comments by coordinating with internal engineering teams.

Monitor document submission status and maintain proper records and progress reports.

Support project management and leadership teams by providing regular updates on engineering progress and risks.

Educational & Professional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Naval Architecture.

Minimum 8 years of experience in an Engineering Manager role.

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in engineering coordination and document management.

Proven experience in client interaction and managing approval cycles.

Good understanding of engineering workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
