Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers. (Python, React.js, FastAPI, Postgres).

Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best engineering practices.

Define and implement scalable system architectures for high-performance applications.

Able to system design actively. Coordinations with Stakeholders and managing releases.

Engage with clients and experts, devise innovative concepts, and test your ideas through experiments.

Technical Strategy & Architecture

Own the end-to-end technical design for Python Fullstack applications.

Optimize database structures, backend APIs, and frontend performance.

Design for event-based systems, and apply DDD to define your applications.

Ensure microservices-based architecture, CI/CD automation, and cloud scalability.

Complete Test coverage and automation test suits.

Able to do hands-on code and guide the team to success.

Team & Project Management

Hire, mentor, and develop top engineering talent. Collaborate with teams across platforms and do effective People management.

Manage agile development processes , ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Clear documentation and release planning.

Technical Stack & Development

Backend: Python, FastAPI, Postgres, SQL

Frontend: React.js, Typescript

Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis

DevOps & Cloud: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Tools: Git, GitHub Actions, Jira

Experience with AI and use AI as and when needed.

Able to optimize the application and implement design which are cost effective and performance effective.
