We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineering Manager to work at the forefront of our cloud modernization initiatives, leading highimpact engineering teams building secure, reliable, and scalable cloudnative services.
Our engineering ecosystem spans modern backend services using Python (FastAPI/Pydantic), frontend applications using TypeScript (React/Koa), and a deeply integrated AWS platform.
We build with a forwardlooking mindset, leveraging emerging frameworks and tools to continuously elevate our engineering standards.
Our architecture is built on AWS using ECS, Lambda, API Gateway and ALB, driving highly scalable service deployments. We also leverage a broad set of AWS capabilities including DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, SNS/SQS, and eventdriven integrations to deliver resilient, observable, and performant distributed systems. We place strong emphasis on quality, automation, reliability, and documentation-supported by robust CI/CD pipelines, GitHubbased workflows, automated testing, and proactive operational practices around observability, incident response, and security tooling.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow a crossfunctional engineering team, coach engineers, set technical direction, and partner with Product, Design, and Platform teams to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
