Job Description

  • Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with organizational objectives
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications and solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices within the domain
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

  • BTech (Civil) & MTech (Structural)
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams within the industry
  • Technical expertise in software development with Navisworks & Revit
  • Knowledge of best practices in the engineering sector
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
