Job Title: Engineer Manager

Overview: We are looking for a motivated Engineering Manager with 5+ years of experience in a managing role to join our growing dynamic team. The Manager will be supervising a team of Designers and Engineers (mechanical, electrical, simulation). The role will involve checking the team deliverables from the draftsmen and /or Engineers to create and maintain a consistent level of standard practices.

The role is based in Bengaluru, India under the supervision and leadership of the Global Engineering Manager based in Houston Texas USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Manage team activities and priorities.
• Track team performances to improve efficiency and On Time Delivery.
• Facilitate the Cross-functional collaboration with global teams.
• Team Training and coaching planning.
• Designs and Drawings review.
• Hiring.

Qualifications:

Qualifications of the Manager include, but are not limited to:

• 5+ years experience in a Managing role.
• 5-10+ years experience in a manufacturing/design environment, and a desire to be hands on.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership mindset.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent cross- functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent time and project Management
• Well organized and self-motivated.
• Must be able to work independently as well as being great team player.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well in an engineering environment.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Basic Knowledge in SolidWorks
• Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, blowers, compressors) and fabricated pumping systems a plus but not required.
