What You'll Do:
- Lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to define scope, objectives, and priorities.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for project management, delivery, and technical excellence.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
