Job Description Engineering Manager (Structural)
Role: Engineering Manager Structural
Industry: Offshore EPC / Oil & Gas
Experience: Minimum 15 years
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering activities for offshore EPC projects.
- Oversee design, analysis, and detailing of offshore structures including jackets, decks, modules, and foundations.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (API, AISC, ISO, DNV, etc.).
- Coordinate with clients, project management, fabrication yards, and third-party consultants.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations, and drawings.
- Support fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Mentor and guide structural engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural / Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years in offshore EPC projects.
- Proven experience as Engineering Manager or Lead Structural Engineer.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- ADNOC project experience preferred.
