KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in Telecommunications Networks domain
- 9 years of experience with Agile frameworks and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban and Continuous Delivery
- 5 years of experience in directly leading teams building Telecommunication Software products
- Experience in cloud-based development, microservices architecture, or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Leadership skills and proven mentorship experience
- Ability to provide a big picture vision to engineer and inspire them to achieve challenging targets
