Job Responsibilities and Requirements –

1. Delivery and Engineering Management

  • A thorough Project & Delivery Management professional with Engineering Management approach.
  • Experience of working in Software Product Engineering or Outsourced Product Delivery Models will be a great advantage.
  • Experience of Managing large teams and ability to scale the team.
  • Complex Stakeholder Management and working in matrix organization.
  • Quantifiable Delivery and Risk Management using dashboards, measures and metrics.
  • Experience of handling Fixed Price, T&M and Hybrid T&M type of engagements 

2. Customer Management

  • Strong passion for customer success
  • Experience of connecting and managing C-level executives in customer organization
  • Ability to strike good rapport and connect with a strategic intent.
  • Ability to position Nitor's services and find synergy with customers strategy.
  • Understand customer strategy and advise customer on their strategic direction.

3. Account Management, Presales and Business Orientation

  • Strong Business Acumen and should be number oriented pertaining to account growth revenues, profitability, contributions and utilisation.
  • Participate in estimations and proposals for existing and new customers.

4. People Management

  • Experience of Managing engineering teams and potential to scale further.
  • Mentor key people and fast track candidates and thus contribute to build leadership pipeline.
  • Work consistently on skill development of engineers.

5. Technology and Domain Knowledge

  • Good Technology landscape overview including Cloud and DevOps. Good Working experience in technologies like .Net or Java
  • Ability to effectively multitask and review projects with wide variety and size. A sample project could be a start-up of 5 team members to a customer engagement with 100 plus people team.
  • Equally Proficient in Managing Complex Products with Modern Architecture/Technology Stack and Product Implementation and Support Projects
  • Experience of guiding and collaborating with recruitment teams to staff aggressive customer requirements.
  • Experience of Owning key operational parameters for the entire delivery organization including Utilization and Resource Pyramids
  • Hands on Development, Design and Architecture experience an added advantage.
