- Architect, develop, and review full-stack solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Drive technical design discussions and guide the team in making sound engineering decisions.
- Oversee the entire SDLCfrom requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Plan and manage project timelines, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
- Optimize development processes to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development; 2+ years in a lead role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React js
- Expertise in backend development with Node.js,, Python, PHP
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and architectural skills.
