Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience in building and deploying Machine Learning (ML) models.
Preferred qualifications:
9 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on ML.
2 years of experience managing and leading high-performing engineering teams of 5-10 contributors.
Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.
